The Franklin Lacrosse Club is run by volunteers and is funded solely through player registration fees and our fundraising efforts. Fundraising is the key to keeping the cost of Lacrosse down for you and all of our members.
Did you know:
1 hour of indoor field time costs the club on average $100.
Our yearly USLacrosse membership renewals alone are approximately $5,000.
Some other substantial expenses for our club are trainer fees, equipment costs, insurance, tournament fees and game field rental costs.
If it were not for you and all our families putting in time and dedication in raising these funds, we wouldn’t have over 150 players in our organization experiencing the sport of Lacrosse.
On Thursday, February 9th from 6:30-8:30 pm at the Milwaukee County Sports Complex (MCSC), we will host our Annual Fundraiser Kick-Off. We ask that a parent attends to learn all about the details and expectations- players can attend their practices. This year we will not be having a formal presentation, you may come in anytime between 6:30-8:30 pm.
Below you will find all the details outlining how you can fulfill each players fundraising requirement.
In previous years we have solely relied on the sale of our FLC Discount Cards, and after further consideration, we know this is not convenient for all families.
ALL Lacrosse Players are expected to participate in our fundraising efforts. New this year we have added a Buy-Out option and Sponsorship opportunities in addition to our FLC Discount Cards.
The fundraising expectation for each player is $280.00. You may reach this goal by selling FLC Discount Cards, Securing Club Sponsorships or taking the Buy-Out option. Each player may also reach this goal through a combination of any of the fundraising options.
FLC Coupon Cards
If you sell your Sell 20 FLC Discount Cards ($400 value), raising $280.00 for FLC, you have met your goal.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for $50.00 or more. Each sponsor will receive their company logo prominently displayed on a team banner, which will be visible at all home games, as well as team roster cards, FLC website, and social media pages.
Players can present the attached letter and sponsorship form to local business. All sponsorship donations are tax deductible. Sponsorship letter can be downloaded here
Families may choose to pay $280.00 instead of selling cards and/or securing sponsorships.
Fundraiser Collection Day will be held on Thursday, March 2ndfrom 6:30-8:30at the MCSC. All monies, unsold cards, and sponsorship forms MUST be turned in at that time (or before). Cash Prizes will be awarded at turn-in.
Payment for cards, sponsorships or buy-out is welcome in the form of cash or checks. Checks can be made out to Franklin Lacrosse Club.
We have developed a generous incentive prize program. See below for our incentive chart so that you and your player can preview “what’s in it for them!!"

Welcome to the 2017 spring season of the Franklin Lacrosse Club.
This year is shaping up to be one of the most memorable seasons as we have a lot planned for our youth program. We have a very solid board with both returning members and many new volunteers. Our goal, as always, is development first. Our mission statement is the same as always – “To promote the sport of lacrosse and its history throughout Franklin, WI, and the greater Milwaukee area. To teach, coach and develop the fundamental skills, understanding, and respect for the game of Lacrosse.”
Board Members will be making appearances throughout the year at games and practices, so if you see them and have any ideas for improvement or just want to say “hello,” please stop us.
Thank you all for your support and trust in the development of your child.
